I read all of the side effects of theses little wonders and some effects listed were the symptoms I am having now! I tried them for a week with no improvement in my condition. I read somewhere online that it can take a month to see a difference, but I am not impressed. I am wanting to heal and have been studying and starting the GERSON THERAPY.
